receiving and formatting the important bids for tender that require several members to be implied so that they can be dispatched over the SIG. Then, by coordinating and making a synthesis with the answers and solutions proposed. The object being to transfer the file to the Astrians in charge of implementing it.

Some files require organizational flows to be concentrated towards one dedicated unitl. Astre Commercial sets up such structure and, for the customer, becomes the sole and unique interlocutor. It uses the power of the Astre network for transportation purposes. This type of organization optimizes customer transport budget; it also uses one same process for all flows.
